After knowing I had an infection, it took the doctors office 4 days to call me in a prescription. I called every single day basically begging for them to help and each time they had a new excuse why they had not done it. I don’t even understand how it is legal for a physician to be so neglectful of their patients, no matter how busy they are. Referred to this practive from the Baptist ER in New Albany, where I have been a patient twice in the last week. Needed follow up on health status, very poor, and prescriptions, out of them! Had a 9:30 am appointment. Distance from my home 27 miles. TOok me an hour instead of 40 mins because of a one ay traffic jam on the secondary roH% 150 to their place.
