The hospital here in Monticello has done a lot of crap that is unexpectable. They have tried to convince me I don't have a problem that was confirmed and shown to me by other doctors shown to be a problem. They also woke up my unconscious friend by slapping and shaking him. They also have multiple malpractice cases against them. They can sometimes be worse than the problems you come in for. For everyone who are considering this hospital, don't.
The amount of time people have wasted at this facility should be studied. To make a long story short: 4 hour waiting period between the ER and triage, seems like all staff needs training on bedside manner, professionalism, and maybe providing medical care.. 3 days after discharge and the medication that the doctor assured us he sent to the pharmacy has yet to be filled/called in. My daughter is currently sitting in er for over 3 hours now an only been triaged. She told them she's in pain. She has kidney function problems...pleurisy..just got over pneumonia..has infection somewhere in her body... Brain feels like it's on fire...nose inside killing her...bp has been up. They told her to go sit back down. Receptionist is horrible! Reporting this on Monday to admin.
