Very nice hospital they took great care of my father-in-law and I've always had great care in radiology and physical therapy i have no complaints at all

Do not go to any doctor office/clinic located in a hospital (Baptist Health Medical Center-Drew County). You will get charged a hospital fee if $150, just because the clinic is located in the hospital. This is separate from the doctor's bill. They will nickle and dime you for anything. Big profit over patient's health.
The hospital here in Monticello has done a lot of crap that is unexpectable. They have tried to convince me I don't have a problem that was confirmed and shown to me by other doctors shown to be a problem. They also woke up my unconscious friend by slapping and shaking him. They also have multiple malpractice cases against them. They can sometimes be worse than the problems you come in for. For everyone who are considering this hospital, don't.
The amount of time people have wasted at this facility should be studied. To make a long story short: 4 hour waiting period between the ER and triage, seems like all staff needs training on bedside manner, professionalism, and maybe providing medical care.. 3 days after discharge and the medication that the doctor assured us he sent to the pharmacy has yet to be filled/called in.
