Pésimo servicio estuve 8 horas esperando en la sala de espera de emergencia solo veía que llegaban personas las atendían pero nunca me atendieron a mi y cada vez que preguntábamos a la recepcionista se molestaba y no quería dar información de cuando iban a llamarme
No Baptist ER you did not meet anyones "standard for the highest level of care" tonight. Checked in and waited 6 hours for a room . I dont think I actually saw a doctor at any point , just a nurse and an assistant. I went in after a head on collision; treatment was expectedly unhelpful and i was released within 15 minutes of recieving it. As busy as it was the staff had no sense of urgency.
*DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL * I will die on the sidewalk before I go to this ER. Went in with chest pains and short of breath, waited over 5 hours in their nasty waiting room and never saw a Doctor. Take my advice “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE “.
I thought I would give them another chance but It was terrible I would never bring your loved ones here. I will be going to state on this hospital
