Kate in the emergency room who was intially responsible for my mother who was suffering from a 10 cm dermoid cyst on her ovary was extremely rude and dismissive to my mother and my family. This morning my mom woke me up she was in excruciating pain to the point that she couldn't walk she had been dealing with it since 3 am. So we went to the emergency room arrived at 7:08 am . We get triaged and shown to a room and she is in so much pain and we had yet to see a nurse at the time but she yelling out with each wave and going in and out of consciousness. I arrived at Baptist ER in Little Rock. I went to triage. I informed them that I previously had a stent and had chest pain, cold sweats and had taken three nitroglycerin tablets on my way to the ER. I was placed in the waiting room. About two hours later I asked to at least see a nurse. They wouldn’t let me. I then said if I couldn’t see anyone I was going to go to another hospital.
