No Baptist ER you did not meet anyones "standard for the highest level of care" tonight. Checked in and waited 6 hours for a room . I dont think I actually saw a doctor at any point , just a nurse and an assistant. I went in after a head on collision; treatment was expectedly unhelpful and i was released within 15 minutes of recieving it. As busy as it was the staff had no sense of urgency.
*DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL * I will die on the sidewalk before I go to this ER. Went in with chest pains and short of breath, waited over 5 hours in their nasty waiting room and never saw a Doctor. Take my advice “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE “.
I thought I would give them another chance but It was terrible I would never bring your loved ones here. I will be going to state on this hospital
I went to the er couple weeks ago about neck pain and numbness in my arm and tingling in my chest the doctor asked me why I was there told him exactly what was happening told me I looked fine and I was breathing fine and give it a few weeks it’s been 2 weeks going on 3 and I haven’t gotten better but afraid to go to er again just so they’ll turn me away.
This place is horrible. We waited 11 hours to be seen different people had been there all day also. The two receptionist/ nurses seat and talked about all the people that came and spent most of there time on the phone or flirting with the security. Truly the worst experience ever.
