I would put zero stars if I could. My pregnant wife and I got into a motor vehicle accident and we sat for 2+ hours to even been seen. Don’t know how a pregnant women who could literally miscarriage isn’t on the top of the priority list to be seen but guess a Baptist centered hospital don’t care about unborn children. If you care for your loved ones stay away from this place and take them elsewhere.

The lady working at the emergency room desk where patients check had a HORRIBLE attitude. Took her precious time checking people in even made the comment “ she can take as long as she wants”. The wait time was ridiculous after waiting more than 3 hrs I left and advised the lady at the desk/counter I was leaving. She said after being calling 3 times I would automatically be removed as a patient waiting to be seen. Don’t even deserve a star. Filthy ER, bathrooms no soap, another bathroom broken sink and no soap and filthy . unprofessional- no uniform clean look, er room had holes in he sheets and looked dirty and bowl in room that looked like someone was mixing cement in it.

I brought my 91 year old mother her to be evaluated after falling. We got here at 1:45pm and are still sitting in the waiting room at 6:27pm. I live in another state. I had no idea how bad Baptist Hospital was. I wish I’d read the reviews before bringing her here. Shameful patient care.
