I went in for a cut on my ankle. The ER physician came in and I thanked him and asked how his day was going. He responded: I’m not in a mood to talk. 😳 no more words. Right before he left I told him that I have friends that are doctors and surgeons and I appreciated what he does and I hope it gets better. He said something else sarcastic on his way out. Thanks Dr. Phillips

I had a great experience even though the wait was long. It's understandable all emergencies are priority and there was just 1 Dr. They have other patients coming in the rigs so you just have to consider some patience! And Clay was kind and they were thorough did more than any er I have ever been in. The radiologist was nice and they got the order done in a timely manner. This place is a joke! My lady took one of my kids there with a possible broke hand and sit in the waiting room a hour with not being taken back to see what the issue is! Baptist should shut this place down! Shame on you Baptist Health for not taking care of a child! I will be contacting the board over this!

So my husband went into the ER last month in the late afternoon and I was worried about how he would make it home (I can't drive at the moment). We recently moved to Heber and have had to use the ER. It has been such a bad experience that at this point I would rather risk death than deal with the humiliation you feel there. I had a previous stroke (diagnosed by the mayo clinic). I went in with the worst headache for the Dr to look at me and tell me there is absolutely nothing on my scan; not even a stroke.
