I had a wonderful experience.I am very thankful for the nurses, doctors and the entire staff..It didn’t take long for them to find out what was wrong. They went above and beyond for me. I am very thankful for them and I appreciate everything that they did for me.They are very special people and I will be forever grateful.God Bless all of them.

The walk in clinic sent my 70 yr old mother to the ER for stitches in her head. Four hours later, she was still waiting. They left and went to Conway Regional where they had to cut her hair bc the blood had dried adhered to her skull (btw, when we told the front desk we were leaving , the receptionist laughed). My mother ended up with a 3” cut on top of her head and stitches, no thanks to Baptist. I’m appalled.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ER DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DYING!!!! Came in for a possible herniated disc and was just dismissed even with elevated blood pressure. Told the doctor I have degenerative disc disease (that I was diagnosed with at 20 and had a dissect ectomy at 21..and I’m still not 30). Dr said everyone has degenerative disc disease. Told him I had numbness in my back for the past few weeks that has now started leading up my neck. Touches around and says I couldve just scheduled an appointment with my PCP tomorrow. ... read more

My sister (f24) was transported to this hospital via ambulance with complaints of chest pain, upper abdominal pain, rapid heart rate, and extreme nausea and vomiting. Once she arrived at the ED, a doctor by the name of Dr. Rosario Guastella came in to examine her and insinuated that she was on drugs, tried to give her Ativan without explaining what is it/what it does; did absolute NOTHING to treat her physical symptoms or even examine her. If I could leave 0 I would. Went there numerous times for cold numb and foot pain. Didn't make it past triage nurse. Was given shot treated like I was wanting drugs I wanted answers. Now facing surgery due ischemic clot in foot hope I can save it. Personally don't go here.
