Nurses here are great!!!!! Most doctors are too. Not that the hospitalist aren’t nice but I don’t like the extra level and they usually defer to the dr with the expertise in the area you are in for, so don’t see the need and they can be a hindrance.
All staff......From Doctors all the way in between and to the last! I've been in and out of Baptist Hospital for a few years now. I'm always treated with respect, and that my needs are important! EVERYONE is wonderful here at Baptist,! Maybe some of those patients who are not satisfied, aren't putting out the same respect that they want to receive!!
I just want to say, I've haven't experienced this much treatment since Elmhurst hospital when I had My oldest( received hysterectomy). Baptist hospital are on it with me. From my OB ms heather Owen's that performed my surgery, Mr Logan my anesthesiologist, Ms April my other anesthesiologist, ms rosemary my RN from yesterday morning , ms shermika( hope I spelled her name). Friendly, very professional, and love Dr. Burson. I originally went to him about my back and possibly having surgery. He told me that I needed to have surgery on my neck first, due to complications going on. No one else seem to be çoncerned. I am grateful to Dr. Burson. Now he has found a new problem with my lower back, so kuddos to him. I am blessed to have found a great Dr. who cares ànd listens to you. Thanks
Was sent here Sunday evening after I fractured my back & stayed for 2 days. Everyone, from the ER doctors & nurses to the nurses on the 5th floor were so wonderful to me. I can’t remember everyone’s name but there were 2 on the 5th floor that went out of their way & treated me like I was family. Lexy, my day nurse & the other one was my night nurse. She was a black lady with short hair. Much love & thanks to all. Very wonderful hospital! I defiantly recommend this hospital!❤️
Very kind and helpful after my surgery
Was recently at BHMC LR for the birth of our baby boy, we received exceptional care and will definitely recommend BHMC LR! Dr. Burton, labor and delivery nurse Julia, and postpartum nurses: Kelly, Alex, Jordan, and Rebekah were phenomenal!!! Thank you all for making the birth of our baby boy amazing 😊
Everyone has been so attentive and nice. Not to mention Dr. Ashley Deed. I just love her.
Brought my husband in by ambulance. ER Dr Elicia Kennedy was amazing! Surgery successfully performed by Dr.Gandhi . Fabulous nurses and staff on 5B. Only not so great experience is discharge. It seems to take hours every time we are ready to get out. Haven’t figured out why it’s so difficult to leave once the discharge papers are signed.
