Office gave me unclear parking instructions, and then the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY ANNOYED to have to help out a lost patient, and ended up hanging up on me before I got there. By the time I actually found the office, the doctor had left, and I was only seen by a PA. The only thing they gave me was a referral to a pain management clinic, that wouldn't even actually work with me to schedule an appointment at a time that fit my schedule. I can't tell ypu how grateful I am for Dr. Timothy Miller and Dr John Motta. They changed my life , by doing my lumbar spine surgery . If I would have waited 2 more days I would have been unable to walk at all. I did consult w other physicians and it just felt right the moment I met them . So thank both for a great experience having it been my first real surgery. I would refer them to anyone!!! NOTHING LIKE HAVING 2 DOCTORS THAT CARE !Thank you again!
Absolute unprofessional, uncaring trash of an office. My wife called after being referred from a doctor from the West Boca Medical center ER yesterday. She was refused because "the doctor does not see anyone with her symptoms". She mentioned this was a referral from another doctor and she was still refused. I guess "First Do No Harm" has no place there.

This practice engages in deceptive billing practices and then ghosts you when you question the charge. They advised me that after application of insurance, my patient responsibility would be $37 only to later send me a bill for nearly $400. While I understand that estimates are just that, being off by a magnitude of 10x seems unprofessional at best.
