Went to see Dr. Timothy Miller three. One was an operation. We had absolutely fantastic service not only by the doctor but the hospital staff too. I’ve been to many, many hospitals and doctors. Other than all the construction going on that makes it confusing of where to go we were happily surprised at how outstanding everything was

Run from this place !!!! Highly Unprofessional you schedule a appointment they call & say the same day your appointment is canceled. Also they mislead patients into MRI guided Focused ultrasound that this procedure is painless which is not true & also do not inform you that it is a procedure to improve NOT cure essential tremors. Thankful that I was wise enough to have a consult with a Neurologist not at this facility who explained the High risks & that only certain people are candidates due to the risks . I’m giving this facility a 1 star. They would not see my son because he was in jail and it was not a good look for the facility to have a guard bring him into the office. My son needed lower back surgery. After reaching out to them several times, I never got even a phone call back from them. Very unprofessional practice!
And yet another horrible experience issue with BHMNIBR. I am so disgusted with this practice that I am going to find a doctor who will actually help me with my head injury and won't keep neglecting me as my window for effective rehab is dwindling. This practice makes appointments with drastically long follow-up dates (about 9 months) and then they cancel the appointments. They have made me miss valuable brain rehab time and have done nothing for me to date. They also lost my Alzheimer's blood work and haven't done a thing to... read more
