Don’t use this facility if you are trying to live and be well. They don’t care about you or me. The lack of care and concern is going to cause delays in proper care and unnecessary deaths. We deserve better. I want to be treated like family not a number that doesn’t matter. What a waste of my time to find out it’s too cloudy to see anything so you guess it’s okay??? If you are a soon to be father and want to be a part of the process don't bother coming here. They will not even allow you to wait with your wife for her appointment. Staff invites you to STAND in the hallway until your wife's name gets called. Often taking 30 minutes plus past your appointment time. To their credit, they will allow the men to go in for the ultrasound, but are kicked out before any discussions with the doctor.
