Staff invites you to STAND in the hallway until your wife's name gets called. Often taking 30 minutes plus past your appointment time. To their credit, they will allow the men to go in for the ultrasound, but are kicked out before any discussions with the doctor. Been calling for days nobody will answer and I just got out the hospital
Every time I come here, I get nothing but attitude from staff. I've also witnessed SEVERAL HIPAA violations. I've even mentioned to the MA that it was a violation and got an attitude. Not to mention the many times my appointments were cancelled the day before because the doctor was on vacation. Those occasions were during my pregnancy. It was VERY stressful trying to get time off for my appointments and then to just get a call the day before?
