Switching to this pharmacy has been the best decision ever. My prescription have always been filled and ready on time. I love how they keep me in formed on MyChart on the status if there is a delay or approval needed. So glad that I continue to stay connected to one of the best in louisville.
I have never had more issues with getting my prescriptions filled as I have with this pharmacy. As someone carrying Baptist health insurance, my prescriptions must be filled there. I’ve had to call numerous times about multiple prescriptions, often resulting in not getting my medication when I need it. Today I called about a script for my daughter from 2 weeks ago. The pharmacy at Baptist Hospital on Kresge Way gave me excellent service and were so helpful in getting a prescription refilled.
I had a great experience while I was put in a bed. They treated me with respect and kindness
The majority of staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and act as if you are bothering them when picking up medicine. Scripts are often not ready on time and they do not communicate delays or additional information needed to patients in any way. They let you know when you call in to check status. Shameful.
