I just had my first baby at Baptist and I had such a great experience. My csection team was incredible, and my postpartum nurses Jackie, Lindsay, and Diana were amazing.

This is also a complaint I will be sharing with Baptist health directly but I think other pregnant women need to see the incompetence. I visited last week after I had some brown spotting while pregnant, I was supposed to be 16w5d. They said they found the hb and I was on my way. That’s all they did. One of the late night nurses told the nurses around her that she was not a babysitter while they had my baby! I was so exhausted I went through 36 hrs of labor I just needed some rest for 3 to 4 hrs but then I heard this and I couldn't sleep after that. I just pray they didn't do anything to my baby. I heard him screaming out on the main area I couldn't get up because the amount of pain I was in truly heart broken.

I'm so unhappy. Also morning shift was always loud in the hall way even though people might be resting. ... read more

I delivered my first baby at Norton Hospital and my second baby here at this Baptist location. I had a safe delivery at both hospitals, but enjoyed my delivery at Baptist more.
