I had a trip to Mexico in 2021 that left with me a whole host of gastro problems. Therefore between 2021 and 2024 I had around six emergency room visits. Staff didn't even check for a seizure, just treated the fall. Sent my bill to debt collections in one month. They use Credit clearing house of America and they only take cash, money order, or venmo for debt collections. What a scam, no more hospitals for me. Id rather die than live in debt and have them threaten my wellbeing. For a hospital this is ridiculous.
Besides the fact I was sick, my experience with the staff was great! I came in with the flu and laryngitis. The staff was patient with me as I didn’t have much of a voice so half of my communication was through notes app. Everyone was gentle with all the blood draws, ct scan, breathing treatments, etc. Also had no wait time upon arrival.
