Good quality care
On Nov 4 I had to go to the Baptist Health ER in Louisville. I want to say that the treatment I received was outstanding and well beyond what I expected. I want to reach out and thank everyone who worked with me and supported me during a difficult time. Truly impressive people work there and every single one I came into contact with went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed and as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all of you.
I was taken aback by some of the negative reviews about Baptist East St. Matthews, as my experiences there have always been positive. I was airlifted to the hospital on December 31, 2023, for brain surgery, and I can only speak highly of the care I received. Since 2013, I have visited the emergency room numerous times, and it remains my top choice for medical care. However, I was disappointed with the discharge process following my surgery.
