Terrible….The ER was absolutely terrible. Cannot treat a baby.

I came over here yesterday after Nortons have not seen me after check in for 4 hours! They saw me immediately and got me taken care of within literally 2 hours! They were so nice and very reassuring. I felt very safe and relieved here with this team! Thank you all so much for listening, acting fast, and taking care of me I’ve also made the decision to switch my provider from Nortons to Baptist as of this day.
The person who answered the phone hung it up twice and I'm asking about emergency status Very Bad and inhumane treatment
