The lack of care they express to patients with chronic health problems, who have funneled their life savings into their corporation in order to try to get healthy again, is reflective of what kind of business they run. They’ll see you as long as you keep paying them. But don’t expect them to show any kindness or empathy while doing it.

This Emergency room rushed through cleaning a room for us. When we made it to the room it smelled incredibly bad like URINE. The smell made me sick to my stomach and breathing difficult. I can’t imagine that it is healthy to breathe in someone else’s urine. It’s disgusting. Also there is a completely full cart of dirty laundry(probably where the smell is coming from). Also, the place is not busy. It’s Mother’s Day and we were the only ones in the ER. We got put in a room less than five minutes of arriving.

My aunt was in the observation unit after being treated for heart attack symptoms. Charles ,her RN was phenomenal. He exuded everything that a RN is and should be!! You should be super proud to have him as an exceptional employee. I can't say enough about this young man,but he is definitely a keeper. There need to be more Charles at hospitals

My mother was living alone, bathing, cooking for herself doing her dishes and her laundry less than 48 hours ago and now suddenly they want to shove her into a nursing home an... read more

My grandmother in law had a clear case of shingles (that I could recognize as a Pediatrician myself) and was sent to the Baptist ED from UC due to concern for eye involvement. Not only were they the last to be seen by others who appeared to be lower acuity, but the ED provider told her it was impetigo (incorrect) and sent a prescription for amoxicillin (also, incorrect management). I got her in to see an eye doctor the following day and she was accurately diagnosed with shingles involving her trigeminal nerve and prescribed ... read more
