My grandmother goes here. She had a CT Scan of her chest. They found a small nodule in her lung that has been otherwise stable they are checking on. But it was lifesaving because they also found she had ground glass airspace, which was indicative of pneumonia. So I had to get a vaginal ultrasound and the lady that did it my Vaginal ultrasound was so very kind and walk me through everything she was doing she made a joke about her name being Brenda and I ended remembering the name Brenda and not her actual name she had red hair I wish I remembered her name but anyway i appreciate how kind she was and how respectful she was getting vaginal ultrasounds are already uncomfortable and she made it a little less uncomfortable lol
The lab has moved into shared space. Check-in is disorganized, registration is behind closed doors and loud, and when I'm told "go out and have a seat and the you'll be called when they can get to you", that's a deal-breaker for me. The phlebotomists are friendly and obviously care for each patient.
Incredibly knowledgeable and courteous staff. Facilities and location are excellent. Healthy lane entrance can be a little tricky (entrance and exit lanes are separate), watch out for that. ;)
I never leave reviews, but this morning I had the very worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my blood work done. The girl taking my blood had no personality and when I asked her if she was having a bad day, she said they were just busy today. It felt like she stabbed me in my arm and it was seriously painful.
