The lab has moved into shared space. Check-in is disorganized, registration is behind closed doors and loud, and when I'm told "go out and have a seat and the you'll be called when they can get to you", that's a deal-breaker for me. The phlebotomists are friendly and obviously care for each patient.
Incredibly knowledgeable and courteous staff. Facilities and location are excellent. Healthy lane entrance can be a little tricky (entrance and exit lanes are separate), watch out for that. ;)
I never leave reviews, but this morning I had the very worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my blood work done. The girl taking my blood had no personality and when I asked her if she was having a bad day, she said they were just busy today. It felt like she stabbed me in my arm and it was seriously painful.
Very professional staff. My MRI was over 45 minutes long and because of back issues it was so painful to lay there for that amount of time. The tech that was performing this was so sweet and kind. She kept asking me if I was doing okay and saying she was so sorry, and that it wouldn't be much longer. I kept telling her it was okay and not her fault. My body is just built different and I cannot lay on a flay surface too long without dealing with the pain. Thank you for your kindness.
This has been my Mom's second time visiting the office. Mom had to get X-rays. Ms. Lori took great care taking the X-rays while making my Mom feel comfortable. Ms. Lori is very kind, caring and yet, very swift and professional in her tasks. The office is pristinely clean and well-maintained. The staff is always cheerful and friendly!
