Our family provider, Valery, and clinic manager called us immediately after we explained our request for an urgent test. They called us back immediately and scheduled the test same day. Thank you very much for the service. I will stay with this practice for all my medical needs.
Sad continual decline of the medical industry in the US. What is the use of a primary care Dr. that can’t see you in a timely manner? You will hopefully do better elsewhere.
Billie Jean Walters and her nurse are the most amazing caring people you will ever come across, i have been pushed from 1 doctor 1 another and get this test done and get that test done and they will only talk to me for like 5 minutes, however when i meet these amazing people yesterday they spent 90 minutes with me, i mentioned a couple of times im sorry for being here so long and all they said was its their job to make sure im taking care of and treated in the best way possible, They are the BEST!!!!!! My first son was in the NICU so his dad and I were very overwhelmed and protective parents. We seen Dr Wade until our little boy was 1 and I had to change to UK HMO insurance so my son had to switch from Baptist to UK. That’s been a year ago my son is almost 2 and I am currently pregnant with baby boy number 2 this year I will be spending the extra money for PPO insurance through UK to be able to switch back to Dr Wade he was always caring, and messaged us back the same day when we had a medical question on MyChart. Don't go to Baptist Health on Brannon Crossing. For over a year I've struggled with anxiety issues along with back and chest tightness and pain. They would not do CT scans or refer me to get an MRI no matter how many times I have came complaining of these issues. They just want to refer me to a cardiologist for my anxiety issues but when I went just recently to the ER to finally get a CT scan of my back, I found out I have degenerative disk disease basically from my neck to my lower back.
