I’ve experienced many health issues within the past year, requiring me to visit the imaging center probably 10 times by now. And each and every time I’m greeted with kind people at their front desk, who are timely and helpful. Not to mention each tech that performs imaging, they never make you feel out of place or indecent. Sweetest people ever.
They wanted me here at 8. At 8;15, I confirmed my appt was at 8. I jumped through hoops to get here on time. Apparently they schedule us to be here 30 mins early so we can sit here and lose money and time. Never again!
I came home and told my husband after having a ct scan here that I was treated like a queen at Baptist Health Imaging Center. I am sorry I cannot remember the sweet technician’s name ( my fault because of my memory) but, she was wonderful. She went above her duties to help me with another scan I needed from an out of network provider. Everyone was nice and friendly there. Thank you everyone!
