I have been a patient here for almost 9 years. I feel like they take such very good care of all my health problems.
Been going to Cowherd since I was a child, now they see my child. Always have had a positive experience, they are so considerate and kind!
I have never been so impressed with patient care for myself or my children. From the front desk to the medical staff. I've seen them all and always been satisfied!
Nurse practitioner was very rude on the phone. My child needed to be seen and we had to go to a different dr and they would not send a referral because they wanted us to go to them instead. Not only did she not send a referral she told me I was abusing the system because I would not go to them. That was one instance. We had another emergency and went to an Primecare which is open 7 days a week. Cowherd is not open on the weekends. We were charged for the visit because our PCP would send another referral.
