This was the best ER experience I have ever had. They were very busy, but Dr. Byrd and the nurse taking care of my mom where so kind, down to earth and attentive. Dr. Byrd ordered all the tests she needed and they were done quickly and he explained everything to us and what we needed to know, I would not think about going anywhere else. ERs are for medical issues that are potentially life threatening. We were only there 3 hours. If we had been there all day, that would have been OK too. Rattle trap got me!! I buried the hook deep in me hand! After 30 min of trying to have others rip it out I submitted. Great staff, great service I was out of the hospital within 10min. I thought it'd be a 3hrs nightmare!

About the most horrible ER, my family or myself has EVER been to. The nurse, Diane, is very rude, unprofessional, and completely uncaring. The whole department moves at a snails pace, for some reason. Go to Sherwood or Searcy ER, avoid Heber's ER if at all possible!
