You can not get a scheduler to ever make an appointment . Two days is beyond normal. I've heard you get better service at Arkansas Heart Hospital . May be time for a change. BH has slowly progressed downwards with Patient service . Sad
Great experience considering. Was here on the 6th floor to have an echo and stress test. The entire experience was quick and painless. The entire staff from the time we arrived till the time we left was great. I arrived nervous not knowing what to expect. I left feeling like I was in good hands.
