My mother was in intense pain and Tarsha at this office was so warm and sympathetic, she got my mother in very quickly. I don't know if she will see this review but I want her to know how grateful and appreciative I am to her. We couldn't get her help anywhere else until you reached out, thank you so much.
Will never go to this practice again. My mother was seriously ill and it was a huge effort to go to this appointment; the staff were very rude and unprofessional, including the office manager and the doctor she was supposed to see (but never did). We left after waiting over an hour in an exam room.

Very unprofessional didn't send out any kind of preprep paperwork on where to go or what or what not to eat/drink. I'm a dyalisis patient and they called in a gallon jug to clense should've known that would fluid overload. Contracted out to Vital Care of LR to treat a dyalisate bag to treat with antibiotics instructions said to keep cold until 1-2hrs before use should've known when you put something that cold into a hot body well shock may happen. Would not recommend this clinic
Absolute waste of 20 minutes in my day. Went there on a referral and the Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me. Just asked some questions. Told me a nurse would be in to schedule me another appointment to run some tests. Nurse never came in to schedule. After waiting 10 minutes another nurse came in and said Michelle would be calling me to set up the appointment instead. I was free to go. Three weeks later I get a 250 dollar bill and still no follow up call or appointment.
