in the past, I've had five stars and in the past I've been going there for three years up until this week. I have been shown very little respect and client respect . only by one doctor, I don't wanna give her name yet .I'm sorry it's gonna be a one star

This nurse practioner and the practice she works for refuse to fill out forms for extension of benefits for a person on SSI Medicaid due to disabilities and chronic diseases such as COPD/asthma and diabetes. The Baptist health family clinic and staff in Van Buren Arkansas and Thammavong get an F for failing their patients. If I could give negative 5 stars I would 1

I had taken my grandson there for the 6 years I've raised him.the Dr here was always great with auryn when he would b scared like all kids she always made him smile. One time we was there bc he fell into sticker bush and his mother just brought him to me and said u can take him to the dr.okay? And I said of course I raised him.so he always trusted me and with what Dr he would see.Dr Monique is a great Dr she handled his little hands with the stickers so good.auryn said grandma I didn't feel nothing.
