Had my first appointment here today, And everyone was helpful and the wait was minimal. Great experience
I needed an internal medicine doctor and my case manager helped me find one. When I called to make an appointment, Robin, the receptionist said that's not what they have on my computer. Robin has been rude since I started with this specific clinic.

What is up with the long wait time for Lab ? 2 hrs or more. Are they working with a skeleton crew or what ? Waiting room is full & everyone complaining about very long wait time. Very few cars in parking lot so not over crowded.
