Doctor Oksana Melnyk is awesome. She listens to you and works hard to find a solution to your illness. After an emergency room visit and a full cardiac evaluation I was given a clean bill of health by a cardiologist referred by a friend but I still had the same symptoms. She suggested a second opinion based on how I was feeling. To shorten the story God used her to save my life.
I've been going to this clinic for many many years. Have been thru 3 changes in doctors. None of the original office or nursing staff there. Love Dr. Oksana Melnyk have been with her since she started at this clinic. But the girl at the front desk. Who has actually been there the last 4-5 times I've been there. Not to mention the dozens of times I've called still continues to be rude & very difficult to deal with. The person in the front office is the face of a clinic. Dr. Melnyk and Marina Ivanovsky are gems. The chick at the front desk, however, is disorganized, rude, and passive aggressive. I'm changing my PCP strictly because of the administrative problems within the office. Like arriving on time for my appointment but being seen two hours late because, the front desk chick said, "We had a lot of people to work in this morning." Um, no.
