Quick to get me in the ER, also quick to get exam, x-rays, and transport to the main hospital where the extensive problem is still being addressed. I was very pleased with such efficiency, speed and caring. Thank you!

Baptist ER & Urgent Care was very efficient and professional! They took very good care of me while there and kept me up to speed with what they were doing. I would recommend them highly.
Went to UC after 4 days worsening cough congestion aches and now likely eye infection w drainage. Neg for flu covid strep. Basically told me to take otc meds that I already said were not working, and had made me feel worse and ignored my eye. I'll now have another copay to get that addressed somewhere else. They politely ignored my main symptom. Won't go there again.
