The reception staff is very nice, wait is minimal and the doctors and nurses are professional and caring.
I was surprised how beautiful the reception is! Three ladies who were helping me were so helpful, nice and professional. Thank you. Inside the emergency room they were so patient, attentive, and explained everything they were going to do to keep me informed and calm. Nurses, XR technician, the breathing therapist and Dr. Hernandez demonstrated extraordinary professionalism and empathy.
