I am very unhappy with the staff. I went for my first visit and was told I needed to be scheduled for a small procedure (they didn't do on same day.) So when I left their computers were messed up, so they said when they were able to schedule an appt they would CALL ME to let me know when that appt would be. I never got a call, so I was totally surprised when I got a letter that I had missed my appt. I called and they rescheduled my appt. Front office girl RUDE and wanted to argue. Because of that girl we will not be coming here.
This place is not professional at all. They rescheduled my appointments 2 different times. The last time I showed up for my appointment they refused to see me saying I missed to many appointments when nobody ever notified me about my appointment being changed through letter or phone call. I am very disappointed In how they handled the situation.
Whenever I met dr Highfill, he was very patient with me and explained everything to me. Not only has he treated me for a sinus infection, he has also done surgery as well. By all standards, he and his staff are the best of the best. Much better bedside manners than some of the outpatient staff at Baptist. Will recommend him to anyone.
