I was nervous because I hadn’t been to this location before and have only ever needed one blood draw up to this point. Honestly there was nothing to worry about. They had me in and out under a half hour. Quick check in process despite not having an appointment. When it came time for the draw, it was super easy! Thank you to the friendly and efficient staff.
Came here before work to get blood work done. I got here at 8:10am. Waited 20 minutes to make it back to phlebotomy. (Which was busy) The receptionist’s granddaughter came in after me and 6 or 7 other people but was somehow placed ahead of us to have blood work done. The little girl threw a fit so it took twice as long as it would as an adult and multiple nurses, including the one who later helped me. This lab is great. Always quick and phlebotomists are excellent. Stay away on Monday mornings if possible as that seems to be a busy time.
I asked for an estimate prior to services and the tests ended up being 15X what the estimate was. When I spoke with billing, they said I was only given one estimate, yes I only had one test done to my knowledge. I don't have a medical degree or any context to know that the sample they took was for more than one test, and the person who gave me the estimate should have.
I love the early hours so I don’t have to miss work, the ladies are always nice and quick . Clean facility and my results are ready in two days
