I went to the Wellington office after my doctor told me it was urgent that I get a chest x-ray. Karen at the front desk went above and beyond in fitting me in and was extremely nice. Sherry (the technician) was fabulous in taking my chest x-ray since my arm was in a cast and I was using a cane. She was very careful not to accidentally hurt me in any way, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Baptist Health to anyone needing imaging services.
Everyone was so upbeat and engaging. The waiting area was well appointed. They even had a make it yourself coffee/ tea machine. The procedure was performed in a timely manner. The whole experience was great.

Excellent experience from start to finish Today I had a bone density exam, and the experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. They made me feel calm and well cared for throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and patiently. The facility was clean, well organized, and the service was efficient. You can truly feel the warmth and dedication of the team. I highly recommend this place and am very grateful for such outstanding care.
