The whole experience at Baptist health was fantastic. I was treated with kindness and a smile on the face by every single person- from the guard, receptionist to the amazing radiologist technician Jocelyn who took her time to provide me with the best care possible. I would definitely come back, and this will be my first choice of place to go.
Excellent service AGAIN! I booked the wrong site and Angel was so wonderful making time for me to get in for my test. Fabulous customer service. Then Sonny was my MRI tech and made sure to get all the images and was so efficient and friendly. I'm so thankful for the amazing care at Baptist Health Plantation. Did I mention that my doctor (Lauren Carcas) called me a few hours later with results? So thankful to all.
Shiran was amazing, not only professional and explaining all the steps of the procedure but very sweet and comforting.
The staff was excellent and very attentive. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions.
