Not a pleasant one. Inexperience scheduling personel Misleading procedure instructions. Total disconnect with patients.
Scheduling, pre- registration, and payment processing are best in class. The only hiccup was that the center was closed and that the procedure would be completed at the urgent care center. I only found out because I called the number on the front door and security told me to go next door (actually, the guard walked outside to make sure he spoke to me face to face)
