Made an appt more than a month ago for a a stress echo and 1 day before my appt a rep named Marina calls saying they don’t do stress test for 18 year old patients. Only ages 19 and up. That same rep helped me make the appointment and I asked if they take him before making the appt a month ago and she said yes. So all this time waiting for an exam that is important to cancel the day before. You should trained your scheduling reps to know these things to avoid events like these from occurring again.

Everyone was very courteous and respectful. Always introduced themselves to me and explained what was being done from start to finish. This includes from registration to chest x-ray, to MRI, to receiving the MRI disc. I cannot thank everyone enough for this comfortable experience.

The radiology tech was very friendly as she escorted me from the crowded waiting room to the imaging room. She answered my questions and entertained my commentary on the process, which she thoroughly explained. The doctor entered with a smile, explained the images he would be taking, and the rationale for any adjustments.

The people who took care of me, were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff at this hospital gets better every time I go For treatment or testing there. I’m sure they still have some growing pains in certain departments, but imaging has been wonderful.
