I like Dr Nieder but the staff at the front desk has treated me rudely on the phone as well as in person on more than one occasion. This is not what you want when your very sick and/or experiencing pain
sitting here in the ER and watching your nurses on the phones and laughing. Not even caring for patients. Then when you go back they treat you like you are only here for one thing. Some of us don't have a choice if the pain hits at night or you only have one day off of work and your doctor Cant see you for 2 weeks. This place became a bigger joke after the remodel. I have pictures to prove what I say and I think a call to the ombudsmen is in the very near future. Also to local Tv stations. This place needs to be investigated... read more
RecommendedInto ER this morning with suspected (confirmed) kidney stone! Excellent treatment in diagnosis and treatment! So glad to get some relief from that pain. Staff was concerned, professional, diagnosing from my symptoms. Pain relief after diagnostic complete. Impressive suite! Thank You for taking good care of me!!

RecommendedDr A, Dr Jenkins, and their staff are hands down the best! I couldn’t imagine receiving better care from anyone else. Throughout this long road, my wife and I have been treated like family. You can tell that they actually care! I also want to give a shoutout to the NICU nurses. Every single one of them are amazing. I can’t explain how warm and fuzzy they make me feel. I know my kiddo is in great hands!!!
HMH could improve by ditching Elizabethtown Emergency Physicians as a provider and pick someone that accepts common insurance carriers.
