Had an EKG done at Baptist Health and the service was outstanding. The registration staff was friendly and helpful—one young lady even went out of her way to assist me. The EKG tech was professional, kind, and made the process quick and comfortable. Truly excellent care all around!
Sitting in the lobby as I type this waiting to get registered. Two of the registers are in one office chatting about personal stuff instead of working. The one in the middle office is on the phone taking care of personal business about her credit card problems (she’s talking loud so everyone can hear her) during her work time. Several people waiting to be registered but none of the employees that are clocked in and supposed to be working are actually working, except the receptionist . They didn't send my husband's images like they were supposed to
The place overall is good. Short wait times and staff is professional. The only problem is the lady in the registration office speaks so loud! No concept of patient privacy at all! If she’s going to talk that loud shut the door. You hear everything coming out of there.
