Waited 5 hours in a hallway for a flu diagnosis. We were in the hallway for an hour before some one talked to us, and actively bloody nose for 2 hours before a doctor came over to help. No tissues offered until asked. My husband had to go looking for a box when we got there. We will not go back.
5 hours to get a flu diagnosis in the ER.... 5 hours....
If I could give zero stars I would. There is no excuse for how slow things move in the ER here. I waited for 4 hours in the middle of the night on a Monday night for a chest xray. When I got there, there were MAYBE 8 people in the ER. I waited ages. I was so nice while others cussed them out and left AMA. I told them to just tell me what the xray says and I’ll leave, I don’t even need a bed. But no. They put me in a room to wait another hour with no one checking on me, with nothing but an O2 monitor on my finger. I just left... read more
i waited for about 6 hours and they did all my tests from the waiting room which is fine, but what bothers me is i had walked up and very kindly told them i was going to leave and just wait for my tests results in my chart and the lady at the front desk said “okay, i’ll take you off the list no worries.” and then later in my chart they put that i refused to sign any papers? and that i just said i was leaving and walked out? if i was supposed to sign any papers or do anything else that should’ve been made clear to me when i a... read more
Since when do you go to the er obviously in some kind of medical distress and they assume you’re on drugs. My poor son was patted down, stripped, cavity searched and drugged tested. They never did anything for him and when his labs came back with abnormalities but no drugs or alcohol, he was released. They did not treat his symptoms just since back out the door. No help no apology for humiliating him. You don’t deserve one star !
