This place is absolutely disgusting. I went here to stay at the psych ward and let me tell you, it was insanely traumatic. Why are we having people with possible SA trauma strip completely naked in front of two people and squat and cough? Is this jail? I've been to multiple wards and have NEVER had to do that. They force you to go to the ward in a wheelchair even if you can walk perfectly fine. They're insanely rude. Baptist health should be ashamed of themselves. Provider Allison LeBron gave me so many medications I developed serotonin syndrome. When I was initially having symptoms such as dizziness, migraine and vomiting I called her office. Her nurse named Michelle told me she would contact Allison for a medication change. She called me back several hours later and fired me as a patient. I then requested my records and found that this nurse had falsified her documentation stating that I fired them. Went here for quite a long time virtually. In the end I was not able to attend my appointments due to life events and being practically homeless. Rather than empathizing and understanding my situation I was referred to inpatient services which is not any better for my situation. I and many others seek virtual telehealth for the simple fact care in person is not feasible in our lives. This will truly set me back not only financially but it will also be setting me back mentally having to re-establish my care with someone else.... read more

Tried to get an appointment but I'm told it will be 4 months before I get to see anyone about meds. Do better baptist!!!! You can't have people out here waiting 5+ months when their mental health is at steak. You all really need to have some type of emergency appointments available, it's ridiculous that you don't seem to really care.
