I work at the hospital.
I never gave this business office permission to keep my credit card on file and charge whatever they pleased. Even after I called them and they agreed to lower my payment that I never agreed to what they were charging me and they agreed to lower it but continued to charge what they pleased. I will call my credit card company today and tell them to cut you off if they refuse they will be canceled
