I would like to start with the staff. Although extremely overwhelmed they are polite. However.... my husband and I have been sitting in the ER for over 7 hours awaiting lab results. No one has even come check in with us. They simply poked us and sent us to the Lobby. No Bueno. Head up north for ER treatment folks because this is not Emergency service. Posted this in hopes of a turn around. We need it hear in Homestead.

I can't say enough about this place! The staff was so friendly and professional. The office was immaculate and I was in and out in less than an hour! I've never had such service from any other urgent care in the area, I've tried them all. Plus, they call you to see how you're feeling. Who does that? This is my only urgent care from now on.

This hospital in Boca Raton is far below the standards I would have expected. The hospital was dirty, unkept, dusty and filthy. Staff was rude and not attentive. Highly disappointed.

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is filthy and disgusting. I had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Belizon at this hospital this year and got a staph infection from the procedure. Hospital is very run down and is very dirty. Lab is filthy with dust and nurses and staff do not wash their hands after touching urine sample cups without gloves. Staff is rude and uncaring. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

worst service ever, I walked in the hospital with a mouth full of fusing blood at 2:30 AM post tonsillectomy surgery which was done a week prior , between sitting in the result waiting room & doing all sorts of tests I was released at 10 AM with four prescriptions never diagnosed. I never was given a room when I should have been given one due to the situation & how long I was in there with the hospital being so empty. The nurses were horribly rude, unprofessional & very lost at their job. Worst experience of my life !

I was in a car crash and hurt my back. i went to your clinic and was very impressed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by your very friendly front desk person. I was taken to my exam room very quickly and was seen by a doctor who knew what he was doing. I had x rays done and was reassured that I did not have a serious injury. I received a call two days later checking how I was feeling. You guys run a first class operation!

I came into Boca Regional Urgent Care with what I thought was an annoying but minor allergic reaction. I was very lucky that I was seen so quickly because minor was not minor. Even though I was stressed (okay, VERY stressed), Dr. Goldstein took care of me calmly and professionally. I was assessed, diagnosed and given a prescription in no time. I can't thank the staff of Boca Regional Urgent Care enough – I am recommending them to everyone!
