Staff was very courteous and the doctor was very kind and thorough.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this urgent care. I went in just needing to get my BMI & blood pressure taken. They refused to do it and said I’d have to go to occupational therapy for that or make an appointment with primary care. They wouldn’t even print off a form that I needed for the information. That’s funny because I went to Owensboro health urgent care and they did it no problem. What a joke. It seemed to me like they just didn’t want to do their jobs. Go at your own risk.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Took my 3 month old to be seen for suspected pink eye. It was the weekend and our pediatrician was closed. Waited 1.5 hr to be seen while my baby and 3 year old were both crying. Took my 3 year old to the bathroom an hour in and the Dr was sitting at a desk while the nurse filled candy baskets. Finally decided to leave after 1.5 hr. They both watched me walk out including the receptionist. Absolutely terrible place to go and would never recommend to anyone.
Hateful and unprofessional doctor. Disgusting behavior from staff at a medical facility. I'll stick to the newer urgent care up the road. This is wear the reject doctors go to practice because they're unacceptable everywhere else.
