Seen Brandi a few months Ago and she scheduled me for an Upper Gi and Colonoscopy. Which I was due for one. I absolutely love Brandi. She is always sweet and very thorough. I had my procedure with Dr Beauerle. He was very nice and explained everything well. All the nurses, anesthesiologists at Baptist Endoscopy were all so kind and made my experience not so scary. I highly recommend going to see Baptist Gastroenterology!
They not only are extremely hard to get ahold of and the woman from the hub who answered was very rude, but I waited over a week for my test results just for them to tell me what I already knew and not address any of the things I wasn't aware of. Brandi was nice but I have been having ongoing stomach issues for 11 years and no one can seem to pinpoint why, fix them, or cares enough to follow up. This place is actually the worst, and I will not be going back.
Great office staff and very clean rooms doctors are very easy to talk Dr.Hennies assistant found a hernia on me. over all I appreciate them 🥰
Would give 0 stars if I could, I arrived for my appointment I waited months for and was told Sally decided to take off until this afternoon and I would have to reschedule. I drove over an hour away for an appointment at 9 am with an arrival of 8:45. They said I could come back when Sally came in to be seen same day but had no compassion whatsoever about my situation or the fact I drove over an hour out of my way to come to my appointment. The physicians here are amazing, however, some of the office staff are the worst! The short blonde woman Chelsea was so rude to my elderly mother that she nearly cried! They need to get office staff that are willing to care for patients of all abilities and ages! I will not be recommending them to anyone for this very reason! Disappointed.
