The physicians here are amazing, however, some of the office staff are the worst! The short blonde woman Chelsea was so rude to my elderly mother that she nearly cried! They need to get office staff that are willing to care for patients of all abilities and ages! I will not be recommending them to anyone for this very reason! Disappointed.
5 min registration, 5 min wait time in office, and not even a 5 minute wait for the doctor after the aid took my vitals and info. I saw Brandi Gowin, who really listened. Friendly staff & I was in and out on my lunch break.
Been trying for multiple days to get through to this office about my upcoming appointment. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, absolutely ZERO communication.
Doctor was extremely friendly and did my endoscope quickly, but these people are impossible to get ahold of for any questions or to change medicines.
