As a new patient to the clinic seeing Amy Cox, NP, I am so disappointed in the lack of care and unprofessional treatment I experienced. Amy Cox, today, accused me of being rude to one of her staff which never happened. After ten years of being a patient there I was rudely discharged with 14 days notice. The office staff are rude and falsely claimed I had missed 12 appointments in the previous year. But were unable to prove this to me. I've spoken with several people who have been treated the same way. They try to push patients off to their PAs who are rude and able to diagnose or treat basic issues. I would not recommend any this place to anyone. Unkind, unprofessional. They are horrible! 3 days later they told me to go to ER? Why did I go there? They just want your money!
