My children were patients here for several years and we loved the warm and friendly staff. Today one of the hygienist decided to berate me about being late in front of my kids. It was very unkind and unprofessional behavior. I called to let them know ahead of time so there was no need for her condescending tone. It was not patient centered care. Me and my wife have been going to Baptist Family Dental for several years now. I've been blessed with hardly requiring any work to be done, just cleanings. Honestly, I do not take good care of my teeth, though my favorite doc there does sternly remind me every time to brush and floss better. He is right though. Absolutely horrible! My husband came for a cleaning. We asked if they were in network with our insurance plan, they assured us that they were. After receiving his cleaning, we received a bill for over $400. I called and spoke with Jennifer (after multiple attempts to get in touch with anyone) and she said she didn’t know who would say they were in network with our insurance, because they only work with 1 insurance company. Dr. Dave, Dr. Brian, and Dr. Ben care more about quality than anything else. They have awesome patient-doctor relational skills that make you feel safe and heard. I've never had any problems with their work after the appointment and I've been seeing them for years. You won't find better dental care anywhere else!
