Don't go here if you're in severe pain. No x-ray or anything. And then the doctor tells me as I'm walking out, hope you enjoy that medicine. Like I'm a junkie just there for pills. Truth be told, the prescription probably won't even get filled because it's pointless to take something that doesn't help. I actually liked this ER until tonight. I won't be back.
RecommendedMy daughter had a 2 degree grease burn. They treated us like we were the only patients there. They were kind, knowledgeable and patient. They were very attentive and calmed my daughters fears.
3 Stars I’d give them 5 stars if it didn’t cost an arm and a leg even with fantastic insurance. Great care, extremely overpriced.
My sister was here for 5 hours in pain no meds then they took there sweet time to do anything the worst place I been too the nurse are sarcastic about everything
Wish I could give 0 Stars Terrible!!!! Very Sarcastic and rude! I did tell them I appreciated them for the work that they do but they treated my mom horribly, I have the pleasure of watching my mother suffer with shooting pains to her brain while people casually walk by.

Do not use this location for routine imaging. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have a hip ultrasound. She’s 9 weeks old and we’ve waited over an hour with all kinds off illnesses coming through the door and probably all over the chairs based on the junk on the floor and tables. No idea why they even offer appointments for healthy checks here.
We took our child here last night with what we believed was hand, foot, and mouth. It was pretty severe. Waited 2 hours to be told it wasn’t HFM and just a virus and our child could go to daycare today - even gave us a note for school. I had a bad feeling and got a second opinion this morning - HFM without a doubt and very contagious. Glad we didn’t listen or spread it around daycare. Will not use them again.
This post is in regards to a visit Sunday to the Baptist Health/Wolfsons at the St Johns Town Center. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had a medical facility. I took my 1 year old son here Sunday night after having a febrile seizure and every single provider (doctors and nurses) that we had contact with were TERRIBLE.
