This is the worst medical facility. They really need to remove Baptist from their name. My husband has been trying for several weeks to order Cpap supplies and can’t get in touch with anyone. This is ridiculous and serious in my opinion. We’re asking for a referral to another doctor where communication is easy. I can’t believe all the people in the office everyday and no one answers the phone. I am a proud patient of the Baptist network but this group puts a damper on the rest of the organization.
Do not use. Your doctor can prescribe your machine and equipment at other providers. I promise. You do not want to work with this office. Very inefficient. Orders are always delayed. I almost never get everything my insurance is supposed to cover. They must be understaffed because they are always behind and it’s hard to get someone on the phone.
Couldn't find my rx for machine. Didn't offer to call next door to get it. I did the leg work. Didn't measure me for mask I had to ask. Didn't show me how to use machine or ask if I had any questions. Not sure how I get supplies later. Hope I dont need them again. Baptist sleep needs a new supply partner.
I would not give any stars if I could ! Worst place Baptist has! Do yourself a favor and choose someone else for your needs
Absolutely the worst provider in the Baptist Health network! Their billing department refuses to communicate, even when you escalate matter to "corporate " the responses are pitiful and woefully inadequate. Supply replenishment takes forever and honestly Amazon is faster and cheaper even with insurance. They have no online presence, meaning when you do actually issue you a statement, you cannot access your account online nor pay for it with your FSA card or any other modern payment method.......check only!
