Was told to show up fifteen minutes before appointment for paperwork, showed up a half hour early just to be sure. When I walked in there was a woman sleeping on a loveseat, should have seen that as a warning. Lol. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment I asked a couple that were there waiting also if this was normal waiting time for here.
