This was my first and last time here. The front desk receptionists weren’t kind or welcoming and I waited almost an hour to be shuttled into a dressing room where I sat with other women in pink “robes” waiting for their tests. This is only my 2nd mammogram. No one asked if I had perfumes or deodorant on- the whole process was almost 1.5hrs. This place was not for me- you all can do better.

The hospital staff and my experience with the hospital during my stay way fine. My review is geared toward the billing department. They use a 3rd part billing company who is unhelpful and rude. When trying to work with them to pay my bill, they were uncaring, gave false information regarding financial assistance, and the hospital is inflexible with those who have temporary financial struggles. Unfortunately my insurance dictates I have to utilize the baptist system, if not I would never use baptist again.

Every one we interacted with was calm, reassuring and most of as determined as I was to find out and “f... read more
