The experience was excellent. Even though we were there for something minor all staff we encountered were professional and kind from the point of check in to discharge. We were updated about our plan of care often and instructed at discharge what next steps to take. Especially thankful for the PA Brooklyn Snell for taking great care of us and the radiologist Rachel for her patience and good attitude (I think that was her name but she was really kind to my 5 year old son when he was getting a xray)!
