My wife was scheduled for vein surgery but they canceled the procedure because they didn't get the insurance approved in time, even though they had 2 months to get the approval! And they canceled the day before after we had changed our plane tickets to accommodate the surgery! Very poor office organization and communication.

I owe my life to Dr. Lloyd, he took the time to explain my condition and the course of treatment. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. My condition improved greatly and gave me a new lease on life. He always gives the information in a straight forward manner even though you might not like the results. Also I have seen his assistant, Angela Anderson several times and was very happy with her as well.
I saw Dr Lloyd’s PA this afternoon. To say she was totally unhelpful is an understatement. While inquiring about the results of my recent ultrasound and Cath test she became upset and refused to answer my questions when pressed about their methodologies. She stated, “I don’t get paid for this” and left the examination room.I will be filing an official complaint about her unprofessional and dismissive attitude toward me and my medical condition.
