Overall, not impressed. I have a bit of a unique tax situation where I have dual-state filing. I called Bapple because they are a large firm and I thought they would be knowledgeable about my situation. I will say that my initial meeting with Rachel was pleasant, but then I received a bill for $365 (10 hours of "research") for them to figure out how to file for me.
