I’ve been to this place once and had great service which made me come back. The 2nd time they sold me 2 used tires 1 tires had 2 plugs and a nail, the 2nd tire had a plug in which I was unaware of. In less than 24hrs I was stranded out Chesapeake (live out Hampton) with the tires down to the rim and had to get a coworker to pump my tires LITERALLY. Over Overpriced I bought one new tire with double the market price save your money
Tire was about to bust and being new to the area we didn't know where to go, found Bappi's on Google and they gave us a great deal on a used tire that looked brand new
