Brad was quick to come out and inspect our faulty hot water system - he very quickly identified the issues, outlined options for replacement units and provided an accurate quotation and timeline for works. He's extremely courteous and the work is of excellent quality - we would not hesitate to recommend Brad, or to use BAP Plumbing & Gas again in the future.
