Brad was quick to come out and inspect our faulty hot water system - he very quickly identified the issues, outlined options for replacement units and provided an accurate quotation and timeline for works. We had a blocked toilet. Brad arrived right on time and soon diagnosed a blocked sewage pipe. He was very professional, very thorough, very friendly and did a great job cleaning after too. Great family run business and very affordable. Highly recommend.
