Really friendly and kind staff! Looking back now, I wish I caught his name. The guy that helped me went above and beyond. I was looking for a Big Six armchair, hoping there might be a discounted one leftover from their sale or a refurbished one lingering about. He checked in the back, let me know when they usually get refurbished ones in, told me when their next sale would be, and provided an email to check in with from time to time to see if they got any in. They’re goods are just as high quality as their staff
Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Big Agnes for their incredible customer service! I recently received a replacement tent — for one I bought 17 years ago — under warranty. Who does that anymore?! I’ve honestly never experienced such amazing support from any company. Thank you, Big Agnes, for making it such a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be telling everyone how wonderful Big Agnes is. Can’t wait to get out and use my new tent!
I would not recommend buying a tent from this company; terrible customer service and the quality does not match the price. I bought a copper spur a few years ago, and within a year, the zippers on both the fly and body were failing. I ended up having to use duct tape as a temporary fix. The tent went mostly unused for the next couple of years, and I decided to send it in for repairs after I discovered the rainfly was no longer water resistant. Weak warranty. Still waiting for a resolution to a leaking rain fly that is only 1 year old. Why did I spend the money on the premium for this tent if the warranty is useless? I don’t recommend.
Their sleeping bags leak down, their sleeping pads leak air and their rain flies leak water. I work as a guide on the Colorado Trail. I own a Star Fire UL30 and a Q Core Deluxe. I am covered in down every time I get out of the bag. The Q Core deluxe will deflate constantly and requires multiple re-inflations per night. It sucks to wake up on the ground.
