Had a great experience with Nancy! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the diamond size that would look best on both the ring and my fiance hand. She was incredibly patient as we took our time deciding on the diamonds and never made us feel rushed. Nancy was also very easy to talk to, which made the whole experience enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and work with her again!

Nancy was super kind and helped me pick out beautiful jewelery for my fiancé while working with my budget and timeline both times i shopped here! I looked at a lot of other shops before finding Bao Hoang and they never had the same enthusiasm to find solutions for what I wanted to get. I will always go here for any jewelery I need. Bao Hoang made a really nice custom necklace on a tight deadline and it came out perfect, same with the engagement ring!
